They’re seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting who’s ready to take their career to the next level.

You’ll be working on exciting projects, bridging the gap between client requirements and technical implementation, and playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the technical team
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet client objectives
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality
- Manage successful deployment of Salesforce projects
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices
Selection Criteria
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and project implementation
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Salesforce certificates is huge advantage
