Our CEO Mustafa Sabir entered the IT industry in the early 2000s after completing his Software Engineering degree. He started his career as a Software Developer and since then he has worked at all levels with the leading companies within the IT space, in and out of Australia. The idea of Skillinx, an IT tech hiring and outsourcing platform with a concept of working remotely was mulled over for years and Covid19 was a perfect moment in time to introduce Skillinx when all businesses started working remotely and the boundaries of searching for the talented workforce was extended globally.
Skillinx was finally launched in May 2020 with very limited funds. It opened its doors in Sydney, Australia by providing only permanent places to businesses. Slowly and gradually it expanded its operations to all types of IT placements such as permanent hire, contract hire, and remote hiring of IT teams from the sub-continent, mainly from Pakistan. In a very short period, Skillinx takes pride in working with some of the leading companies and achieving the heights of customer satisfaction across Australia. The success of Skillinx has come through the existing clients growing their teams with us or clients referring their networks to us.
