Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects across the ANZ region.
- Enable and engage stakeholders to achieve project and overall organizational objectives.
- Oversee project managers and teams, delegate tasks, and motivate the team.
- Keep track of project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure that projects meet client goals.
- Communicate expectations and provide updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports of departmental activities.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
- Find effective solutions to issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
Selection Criteria
- 15+ years in Oracle ERP Industry
- Must be open to travel as per business needs
- Aurstralian citizens are prefered
