Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, providing specialised consulting services to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionalities.
- Lead Functional/Technical Design Workshops to design tailored solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Identify and address functionality gaps, including the development of custom extensions where necessary.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client specifications and document application setups.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents for various project components.
- Design and implement Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Support clients in test script preparation, execution, and validation of configuration and data.
- Lead the migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production environments.
- Drive project deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to continuously improve implementation methodologies.
Selection Criteria
- Must have experience implementing various Oracle HCM modules, such as CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Recruitment.
- Successfully worked on at least three (3) HCM Cloud implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Fusion HCM Certification preferred.
- Strong ability to manage scope and customer expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and confidence with clients.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of client issues and delivering clear, concise status reports.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
