We’re looking for a sharp, organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced delivery team within a growing IT consultancy firm. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure development projects run smoothly from managing team workflows to keeping clients updated, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll be the go-to person for communication, coordination and clarity across the board. If you enjoy keeping things in order, staying ten steps ahead, and bringing calm to the chaos, you’ll definitely love this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the central point of contact between internal dev teams and clients
- Own all project communications and keep everyone in the loop, every step of the way
- Manage tasks, bugs, and change requests through Jira
- Chase down blockers, do the follow-ups, and ensure deadlines are realistic and met
- Support sprint planning, reviews and retros and make sure what’s promised gets delivered
- Solution design documentation for business stake holders and writing technical specifications.
- Analyse and resolve issues identified in the customisations.
- Help plan and oversee releases and what’s going out, when, and what’s changing
- Make sure every piece of client feedback gets heard, tracked, and responded to
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and clear notes on progress
- Bring calm and structure to fast-moving projects
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a similar coordination or delivery support role in tech
- Excellent communication skills as you’ll be translating between clients, devs, and PMs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile practices
- Confident using Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
- Detail-oriented and proactive (you notice what others miss)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- CRM project experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker
- A natural organiser who brings energy, not just admin
