We’re looking for a couple of ServiceNow Business Analysts who can turn complex processes into streamlined digital workflows. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure quality delivery across ServiceNow modules like CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze current business processes, map as-is and to-be workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend platform-based improvements
- Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create process flow diagrams and comprehensive documentation for clarity and alignment
- Develop and execute test plans, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in business process analysis and optimization within ServiceNow environments
- Skilled at eliciting, documenting, and translating business and technical requirements
- Proven ability to write user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development and testing
- Hands-on experience in supporting test plans and managing UAT
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
