MSD365 – Solution Designer

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Designer who’s confident leading end-to-end CRM solutions in complex environments. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who’s designed and delivered large-scale Dynamics projects and knows how to bring clarity to both tech and people challenges.

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to shape solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure tools, and modern integration methods. It’s not just about the build. We want someone who can think bigger. Someone who can align systems with business goals, help lift capability, and design in a way that scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead solution design for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, driving end-to-end architecture, system integration, and delivery
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand new requirements and propose clear, structured technical and functional options with pros/cons
• Own the Dynamics CRM solution – from feasibility to design, dependencies, troubleshooting, and delivery
• Design and develop web services and applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS, integrated with MSD365
• Work across Power Platform – Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Liquid Code, and Customer Service Workspace App
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems using modern integration technologies
• Bring structure and clarity to initiatives like succession planning, capability uplift, and diversity-focused design
• Drive Azure-native development practices and contribute to a future-ready, scalable platform designBalance technical delivery with stakeholder alignment and agile decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM – hands-on across design, development, and solution delivery
• Strong background in large-scale enterprise CRM architecture (must have designed at least 5 end-to-end solutions)
• Deep knowledge of SSRS, CRM reporting, and Microsoft integration frameworks
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform (a must)
• Excellent communicator who can lead design discussions and influence direction across business and tech teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to translate business logic into scalable technical outcomes
